How to draw graffiti
You can use Spray Can to draw graffiti on the walls.
Use inventory menu to open Graffiti Editor. You can draw and save up to 8 pictures (templates).
To draw something on the wall you just need to spray it. It looks like this:

Most loot places with Spray Can located in Los Santos (29%). Other places in Las Venturas (24%), San Fierro (19%), Red County (8%), Bone County (5%), Tierra Robada (4%), Stalker County (2%), Flint County (2%), Whetstone (1.8%), Custom Island 3 (1.2%), Custom Island 2 (0.9%) and Custom Island 1 (0.3%).
