How to draw graffiti
You can use Spray Can to draw graffiti on the walls.
Use inventory menu to open Graffiti Editor. You can draw and save up to 8 pictures (templates).
To draw something on the wall you just need to spray it. It looks like this:

Most loot places with Spray Can located in Los Santos (29%). Other places in Las Venturas (25%), San Fierro (18%), Red County (7%), Bone County (5%), Tierra Robada (4%), Whetstone (2%), Flint County (1.9%), Stalker County (1.7%), Custom Island 3 (1.3%), Custom Island 2 (1.0%), Custom Island 1 (0.3%) and Military Ships (0.1%).
