The Empty Vehicle Battery is an item in MTA DayZ.
How to charge Empty Vehicle Battery
You can charge Empty Vehicle Battery using Generator and at least 2 Full Gas Canisters.
Put Generator on the ground via inventory menu and then use options menu to refuel.
Option to charge Empty Vehicle Battery will appear after you refuel it.
At the end you will get charged Vehicle Battery that you can use to fix vehicles.
Where to find
This is discharged battery. So you can remove it from any vehicle in game.
